By accessing or using Sparqdate, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Sparqdate provides an online dating course, a set of AI tools, and an AI coach (Luna). Access is sold as a recurring subscription: $27 per month, or $197 per year. Every new subscription starts with a 3 day free trial. You are not charged anything during those 3 days.
When the 3 day trial ends, your subscription begins and your payment method is charged automatically. It then renews automatically at the same price and interval until you cancel. Your access to all course content and tools continues for as long as your subscription is active.
You can cancel at any time, for any reason, with one click from the Account page inside your Sparqdate account. The cancel button is always available, during the free trial and while your subscription is active. There is no cancellation fee, no minimum term, and no phone call.
If you cancel before the end of the 3 day trial, you are never charged. If you cancel later, your subscription stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and does not renew after that.
To cancel, or if you cannot reach the cancel button, email us at contact@sparqdate.com and we will cancel the subscription for you.
The 3 day free trial is the trial period. It exists so you can use the full product, at no cost and at no risk, and decide whether it is for you before any money changes hands.
Because of that, payments are non-refundable. If you do not cancel before the trial ends and the subscription is charged, that charge is final and we do not refund it for the period already billed. The same applies to renewal charges and to one-time add-on purchases. Cancelling stops all future charges but does not refund past ones.
We will send you a reminder before your trial ends, and every charge is shown on your receipt. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at contact@sparqdate.com and we will look at it. Nothing here limits any refund right you may have that cannot be waived under the consumer law that applies to you.
You may not use Sparqdate to harass others, share your account with third parties, or attempt to extract or reproduce course content for redistribution. One subscription grants access to one user account.
Luna is an AI assistant. Like any AI system, she can be wrong. She can misread a situation, miss context you have not given her, or produce an answer that is inaccurate, outdated, or simply not right for you. Her responses are generated automatically and are not reviewed by a person before you see them.
Everything Luna and the course provide is for educational and informational purposes only. It is not therapy, and it is not medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. Luna is not a licensed therapist, counsellor, or mental health professional, and using Sparqdate does not create a professional or clinical relationship of any kind.
You are responsible for your own decisions and actions. Treat Luna as a starting point for your own thinking, not as an instruction to follow. If you are in crisis, or dealing with abuse, self-harm, or a serious mental health issue, contact a qualified professional or your local emergency services.
Sparqdate is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no guarantees about dating, relationship, or personal outcomes of any kind, and we do not warrant that the content or the AI coach will be accurate, complete, or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
