By accessing or using Sparqdate, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Sparqdate provides an online dating course, a set of AI tools, and an AI coach (Luna). Access is offered as a recurring subscription: $27 per month, or $197 per year. Every new subscription starts with a 3 day free trial, and no payment card is required to begin. You are not charged during the trial.
During the trial, each account can use up to 2 text replies, 1 screenshot read, and 1 generated spoken reply per day. Paid-plan usage limits apply after the trial ends.
To keep access after the trial, add a payment method before it ends. If you do, your subscription starts at the end of the trial and your payment method is charged at the selected price ($27 per month or $197 per year). It then renews automatically at the same price and interval until you cancel. If you do not add a payment method, the trial ends, your subscription is cancelled, and access ends without a charge.
You can cancel at any time, for any reason, with one click from the Account page inside your Sparqdate account. The cancel button is always available while your subscription is active. During the no-card trial, you can simply let the trial end; it will cancel without a charge. There is no cancellation fee, no minimum term, and no phone call.
If you add a payment method and cancel before the end of the 3 day trial, you are never charged. If you cancel later, your subscription stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and does not renew after that.
To cancel, or if you cannot reach the cancel button, email us at contact@sparqdate.com and we will cancel the subscription for you.
The 3 day free trial lets you use the full product before deciding whether to add a payment method and continue. No payment method is required to start, and no charge is made during the trial.
If you add a payment method and continue, payments are non-refundable. If the subscription is charged after the trial, that charge is final and we do not refund it for the period already billed. The same applies to renewal charges and to one-time add-on purchases. Cancelling stops all future charges but does not refund past ones.
We will send you a reminder before your trial ends, and every charge is shown on your receipt. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at contact@sparqdate.com and we will look at it. Nothing here limits any refund right you may have that cannot be waived under the consumer law that applies to you.
You may not use Sparqdate to harass others, share your account with third parties, or attempt to extract or reproduce course content for redistribution. One subscription grants access to one user account.
Luna is an AI assistant. Like any AI system, she can be wrong. She can misread a situation, miss context you have not given her, or produce an answer that is inaccurate, outdated, or simply not right for you. Her responses are generated automatically and are not reviewed by a person before you see them.
Everything Luna and the course provide is for educational and informational purposes only. It is not therapy, and it is not medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. Luna is not a licensed therapist, counsellor, or mental health professional, and using Sparqdate does not create a professional or clinical relationship of any kind.
You are responsible for your own decisions and actions. Treat Luna as a starting point for your own thinking, not as an instruction to follow. If you are in crisis, or dealing with abuse, self-harm, or a serious mental health issue, contact a qualified professional or your local emergency services.
Sparqdate is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no guarantees about dating, relationship, or personal outcomes of any kind, and we do not warrant that the content or the AI coach will be accurate, complete, or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
