We collect your email address when you create an account. If you sign up with Google, we receive your name and email from Google. We store your course progress (which lessons you've completed) and your conversation history with our AI coach, Luna.
We use your information solely to provide the Sparqdate service - to authenticate you, save your progress, and personalise your experience with Luna. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Your conversations with Luna are stored in our database so you can continue them across sessions. These conversations are sent to Anthropic's API to generate responses. Anthropic's privacy policy governs how they handle this data. We do not use your conversations for training AI models.
Your data is stored securely with Supabase (database) hosted on AWS infrastructure. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
We use session cookies to keep you logged in. These are strictly necessary for the service to function and cannot be disabled.
You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing us. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
